WHO IS IT FOR

Made for 5, 4, and 5 year olds.
Made for first real skills.

If your child can follow a game, wait for a turn, and wants the ball, they are ready.

Grassroots is where kids in Southern NH and Northern MA go from chasing the ball to controlling it: dribbling with both feet, first passes to a teammate, 1v1 and 2v2 games where every kid gets a hundred touches a session.

Two kinds of kids show up. Lil' Booters graduates who are ready for more, and kids coming straight from town rec or from nowhere at all. Both fit. Our coaches group players by ability inside the session, so nobody is bored and nobody is lost.

You do not need a team, a position, or a plan. You need a kid who is starting to care whether the ball goes where they meant it to go.

WHAT A SESSION LOOKS LIKE

Every session runs on the same rhythm so kids know what to expect and parents can see the progress week-to-week.

  • Warm up and free play. A ball for every kid, a few minutes of dribbling and getting loose.

  • Skill of the Week. Dribbling through gates, toe taps, a first proper pass, stopping the ball under control. Taught through games, not standing in long lines.

  • Games with a purpose. 1v1 to a small goal, 2v2 keep-away, tag with a ball. Each one puts the skill of the week under a little pressure.

  • Small-sided scrimmage. 3v3 on small goals so every kid is in the play. Nobody stands around, nobody hides.

  • High five and go home. Sessions end on a win. Kids leave wanting to come back.

The same coaches who take players from U8 to college

WHY CHOOSE US

Become Elite Soccer runs teams from U8 through high school and sends players on to college programs. Grassroots is the year before that ladder starts, and it is taught by the same licensed coaches.

That matters at this age. A 6 year old who learns to dribble with both feet from someone who coaches the game for a living builds habits that stick. A 6 year old who learns it from a volunteer with a whistle usually has to unlearn something later.

There is no obligation to join the club, now or ever. One night a week fits alongside town soccer, basketball, gymnastics, whatever else your kid is into. Plenty of families do Grassroots, move up to Skills & Scrimmage, and keep clinics as their whole soccer life. Others ask about a team when they are ready. Both are welcome, and we will never push.

What our families say

Every clinic runs on the same promise: coaches who know your kid's name and what they're working on. Our BES families say it best...

My 2 children were in the summer program and they enjoyed it to the fullest as well as they learned and improved a lot. They will return to the fall program. Coach Carl is positive, enthusiastic, supportive, trusting, focused, goal-oriented, knowledgeable, observant, respectful, patient with kids and a clear communicator.

I am very impressed with Become Elite Soccer. I signed my son up to continue learning new skills over the winter months. I wanted my son to learn better ball control and to build confidence on the field. This program has, by far, exceeded my expectations. It is so much fun to not only watch my son grow as an athlete but to also gain a better understanding of the game. The coaches take the time to explain to the kids what it is they are teaching them and why it is important to the game. All in all I am very happy we chose the Become Elite Soccer program.

My three youngest absolutely loved working with Coach Eddie over the summer. He did a great job of differentiating his teaching so that all ages could have fun and improve their soccer skills. Looking forward to enjoying more programs with BES in the future.
