WHO IS IT FOR
Soccer asks a lot of a body: sprint, stop, cut, hold off a defender, recover, and do it again. Most players only train with the ball. BESC trains the athlete underneath it.
Ages 9 to 11 learn to move well: balance, coordination, body control and running mechanics. It is the age when good movement habits are easiest to build, and the foundation everything later stands on.
Ages 12 to 18 add speed, power and an engine that lasts. Built for club, travel and high school players who want a quicker first step, the strength to win their duels, and legs that still work in the final ten minutes.
All sports athletes are welcome. The speed, agility and strength work carries straight over to basketball, lacrosse, hockey, football and track. Families come from across Southern NH and Northern MA, including Salem, Windham, Pelham, Derry, Methuen, Andover, North Andover and Haverhill.
Made for athletes 9 to 18. Built for the soccer player’s engine.

WHAT YOUR ATHLETE BUILDS
BESC builds five things soccer players use every game, each trained at the level that fits the age group.
First-step speed. Faster out of a standing start, so your athlete gets to the loose ball first.
Change of direction. Plant, cut and slow down under control, to stay with an attacker or leave a defender behind.
Strength and balance. Hold the ball under pressure, win shoulder-to-shoulder challenges and stay on their feet.
An engine that lasts. Sprint, recover, sprint again, and still be pressing in the final ten minutes.
Body control. Clean landing, cutting and running mechanics: the foundation for training harder and staying durable as they grow.
Coaches notice the player who gets there first, and keeps getting there in the second half.
Most conditioning programs are built for the gym. Become Elite Soccer built BESC around the movements that decide soccer games: short sprints, sharp cuts, contact and recovery between efforts.
Sessions are run by professional trainers, currently at Drive Custom Fit in Salem, NH. Technique comes first, so athletes build strength and speed safely and keep it all season. Groups are split by age, so a 9-year-old and a high school junior never do the same workout.
It fits around whatever else your athlete plays. No club switch, no tryout, no long-term commitment: one hour a week next to team practice, town soccer or another sport.
Built for soccer players. Coached by conditioning pros.
