Higher Level Training
The program will be split into 3 weeks dribbling/moves, 3 weeks passing techniques, 3 weeks defending and all drills as much as possible will go to goal. This leaves one week for fun or coaches freedom of choice.
Older / Experienced (Ages 11-12 Years)
This program is a great opportunity for older children to play in a variety of fun soccer street games and small sided games which allows for more touches on the ball. Tailored for players ages 11-13, this class will speed up your child’s decision making with and without the ball. The focus throughout this class will be on speed of play as well as positional awareness both offensively and defensively.
The program will be split into two weeks dribbling/moves, two weeks passing, two weeks defending and two weeks finishing. Each session will start with a 10 minute juggling warm up, 80 minute main body on specific topic and a 30 minute scrimmage to end.
This two hour session will be split by 10-15 minute juggling warm up, 75 main body topic and minimum 30 minute scrimmage to finish.
7v7 — U9 (2015 birth year) and U10 (2014 birth year) players
9v9 — U11 (2013 birth year) and (2012 birth year) players
11v11 — (2011–2005 Birth Years) players
Sign up to both nights and you will receive a 10% discount. It must be the same player and not shared across siblings or any other family.
