Club Teams

Our BES club teams serve ages 8 to 19, and are trained and coached by dedicated coaches with experience ranging from professional international club soccer experience coaches with NCAA experience, and U.S. Soccer training. Our unparalleled attentiveness to player development is our commitment to each player, not singular players. VEO is used for games - providing opportunity for all of our players to market themselves to recruiters.

Full Package club - every coach is required to follow this structure:

3 Weeks – Defending

3 Weeks – Passing

3 Weeks – Dribbling

  • Our coaches ensure every player plays a minimum of 50% per game, except during playoffs or tournament final matches i.e must win matches. To us, this is non-negotiable. We want all players to get the experience you’re paying for, and we ensure all players are ready for these opportunities.

  • We coach our players for long-term skills and development - not just to win.

  • Coaches are vocal, so players receive feedback clearly and feel comfortable communicating their needs. Some clubs discourage parents from watching training. Our parents are encouraged to be at training to watch and support their players, enhancing our BES community. Our commitment to you includes a promise that coaches will communicate with you openly. No excuses will be made for this.

  • 1 game + 1 practice a week
We do not require commitment over the winter but HIGHLY encourage players to sign up for at least one training session to keep progressing their skills.
    Practice Length:

    • 3 hrs for U13 - High School

    • 2.5 hrs for U11 + U12

    • 2 hrs U9 + U10

    • 1.5 hrs U8

  • We develop our players to know how to play all positions from the start and work towards specializing as they get older.

    U9 + U10 - All Positions

    U11 + U12 - 3 or 4 over the course of a year (fall + spring)

    U13 + 14 - 2-3 positions over the course of a year

High School - 1-2 positions BUT with the program pathway they should be versatile players at this point.

  • Players are exposed to individual interviews and how to speak to the media.

Leagues We Play In

  • U11-U16 - NESCL

  • U9-10 - NHSL

  • U6-U8 - Player development only - no competitive matches

These are for players who are looking for more than their town/community program. They have either outgrown it or they are looking for something additional. Players on the Become Elite Club Soccer teams will excel in soccer, have a passion for soccer and will be professionally coached in all areas of the game. Players must have the desire to get pushed and challenged and they must enjoy this environment.

Our
Philosophy

We kept everything we believe is good about club soccer
and removed the bad.

  • POSITIVE ENVIRONMENT - BES coaches and teams commit to a culture that roots out the toxicities of club sports, focusing on community and player development at a high level. Our motto, “Happiness and High Standards,” reflects our model:

  • LOW COST – We pride ourselves as being the most reasonable and affordable club in the region, without sacrificing quality on our award-winning coaching staff.

  • MULTI-SPORT FRIENDLY– We intentionally maintain and structure one 2.5 hour practice per week, with optional tournaments and optional off-season programs. This allows our families to develop their player’s other passions and sport interests.

  • FOCUS ON COMMUNITY – We work with our town programs to support our multi-team and multi-sport athletes’ holistic development.

Community Focus

We’re committed to working with our town programs and not against them. Our town and school programs help foster the love of sport while creating lifelong memories.

It’s often the multi-sport athletes that have the best natural talent, and with the help of our expert coaching we are going to develop that to maximize your opportunity in and out of soccer. We encourage multi-sport exploration and developing your passions as a young player.

Too often, multi-sport athletes are neglected or forced to pick one sport far too early in their sporting careers, in ways that can hurt the player developmentally, socially and financially. BES encourages liking or loving more than one sport

Player Fees

Grandfathered in pricing. Your price point will be locked in as long as you register each year within the deadline. (unless training length increases due to age group )

Our Why

Community + Family

As you know we are big on Community and Family. We want to foster the family environment, where all players and parents know all the coaches and vice versa. When we have this, we have a proper club and players and families will make friends and memories for life!!

Push Back on Pay to Play

Once again, we’re pushing against the grain from the negatives of the ‘pay to play’ system in America, which is holding the nation and the sport back in comparison to the rest of the world.

You do not have to pay hundreds of thousands at the Youth ages to play in college or play professionally. You do not have to go to an organized practice/ game 4-5 nights a week. You do not have to commit to only one sport to be successful in that sport.

Player Development

Development takes time. We want to work with the same players over an extended period of time. We are focused on the development of players, not necessarily winning teams. Too often in American youth sports, winning teams are seen as proof of development.  This is simply not the case. At the younger ages we want to work with the players to develop basic skills and game understanding to build upon as their game develops and they grow older.  Winning will come, but we do not want to sacrifice the development of the players to simply win games.

FAQs

  • Our grandfather pricing is a commitment to our players and parents to keep the rate the same from when they signed up. Rewarding loyalty and the countless hours our families spend growing with us.

  • Development – Development is always #1 with BES and development takes time. It’s a process and to get the best results we need the time and want to work with the same players year after year. Unfortunately, in this country there is too much ‘club hopping’ given countless options and that slows down the development process. Teams are stuck having to find new players every season and spend considerable time onboarding and getting new players up to speed.

People think that the grass is greener but more often than not, the spots that you are taking are just spots that have been left open from players doing the same thing, meaning the team you are moving into is rebuilding too and it just becomes a merry go round.
With the same coaches, the same aligned philosophies, a clear direction of coaching styles, practice structures and minimum 50% game time guaranteed, your child WILL develop both on and off the field into a well-rounded athlete, student and human being.

  • If you are paying more than last year’s price this is likely because you have moved up in price range.

We have four different price ranges which are as follows; U8 Co-ed, U9/U10, U11-U15 and High School.

If you are paying more it’s because you have moved up in category and have a longer practice, have more included and league fees are more for those age groups. But don’t worry we have locked in the price point of that age group from when you started/locked in with us.

  • These contracts are not promises to any teams but to the Club. We can’t promise any teams ahead of a season as there are too many unknown factors. We never force a player to play up though and all players are placed in the best environment possible for their developmental success.

We don’t like to hide anything, especially when it comes to finances at Become Elite Soccer and so below are the anticipated player fees for the 25/26 season.

We are coming to the end of our 1st year of 3 with Macron and the uniforms. Uniforms are purchased separate and are yours to keep with name and number on them but we anticipate a minimum 3 year cycle before replacing.
