Become Elite Soccer is hiring a Full-Time Soccer Coach to help lead and grow our club. This role is perfect for a coach who thrives both on the field and in the community - someone who can develop players, support families, and help drive programming year-round.

Role Highlights:

  • Team coaching for multiple teams (seasonal + year-round support)

  • Willingness to coach all ability levels, across ages 3-19, genders, and competitive tiers

  • Serve as a Camp & Programs Director: plan, organize, and deliver high-quality clinics, camps, and training programs year-round

  • Strong community networking skills: building relationships with local organizations, schools, partners, and families to expand our reach

  • Support club operations with an administrative mindset (communication, scheduling, coordination, and follow-through)

  • A true team player with a strong work ethic, professionalism, and a positive presence

Age Groups:

  • U8 Academy through High School

  • Boys & Girls teams

Qualifications:

  • Playing experience required

  • Coaching license preferred (not required)

  • Full-Year commitment required (this is a full-time leadership role)

  • Ability to support development in a competitive environment while keeping the game fun and standards high

  • Must be willing to start in an entry-level capacity and grow into expanded responsibilities

  • Must be a licensed driver and have access to a car

Part-Time Soccer Coach

(Low-Commitment | Competitive Pay)

Become Elite Soccer is seeking part-time coaches for the upcoming season. This is an ideal opportunity for former players, collegiate athletes, and soccer-minded leaders who want to coach without a heavy time requirement.

Commitment (Designed to be manageable):

  • One practice night per week

  • Sunday games

  • 10-week season

  • No holiday weekend commitment

  • No winter or summer commitment

  • Weekend tournaments (optional)

  • Multiple teams may be available (depending on need and fit)

  • Commitment to coaching within our established framework, including the juggling warm-up, BES training curriculum, and a weekly detailed feedback email to families/players

Age Groups:

  • U8 Academy through High School

  • Boys & Girls teams

Qualifications:

  • Playing experience required

  • Coaching license preferred (not required)

  • Positive communicator, dependable, and great with youth athletes

  • Ability to support development in a competitive environment while keeping the game fun and standards high

Director - Private Lessons + Small Groups

Candidate should have experience in creating and managing private and small group training

Soccer Business Operations Manager

Responsible for the Day-To-Day management of BES Soccer Club; Operations, Staff, Strategic Growth and deployment of resources towards the organizations consistent achievement of its mission and financial objectives.

Responsibilities include:

  • Camps

  • Programs

  • Tournaments

  • Leagues

  • Recreation and Competitive Club Teams

Sponsorship Coordinator

A part-time role with flexible hours which will be responsible for gaining sponsorships.
Pay will be based on an agreed upon percentage of sponsorship revenue brought in through sponsorship and grants

Responsiblities:

Identify and Research Potential Sponsors

  • Research local or regional businesses that align with your brand or audience.

  • Create a list of potential partners, with contact information and sponsorship fit notes.

  • Analyze what those companies could gain from partnering (e.g., visibility, community goodwill, target audience access).

Develop Sponsorship Packages & Proposals

  • Create tiered sponsorship packages (e.g., Gold, Silver, Bronze) with clear benefits for each level.

  • Design pitch decks, proposal documents, or one-pagers showcasing the business’s audience reach and promotional opportunities.

  • Tailor each proposal to suit the potential sponsor’s marketing goals.
