Sunday Youth League | U10 to High School
Become Elite’s 7v7 youth soccer league is designed for town teams and players who want to continue their soccer development in the winter.
The Sunday Youth League is where teams from across Southern NH and Northern MA stay game-sharp between seasons. One hour every Sunday, a real schedule, real refs, and playoffs. Most teams are town teams that simply keep playing together, strengthening their bond for years to come. Boys, girls, competitive and recreational teams all fit.
Two ways to join
❄ PATH 1: You have a team (or can build one)
Coaches and parent organizers: any parent can register a team, with no club needed. You pick the name, the coach, and the crew.
❄ PATH 2: Your player needs a team
Sign up as a free agent and we'll place your player on a team in their division. Same games, same playoffs.
Sunday 7v7 Youth League Details
Dates: Sundays only
Session 1: Nov 15, 2026 – Jan 17, 2027 (no games Dec 20). Playoffs Jan 17.
Session 2: Jan 24 – Mar 21, 2027. Playoffs Mar 21.
Times: One hour game slots (estimated kickoff windows)
U10: 9 am–11 am
U12: 12–2 pm
U14: 3–5 pm
High School: 6–8 pm
Location: Phanzone Sportscenter (indoor), Hampstead, NH (142 State Route 111, Hampstead NH 03841)
Ages: 9 to 19
Divisions: U10, U12, U14 and HS. Separated boys and girls.
Games: 9 games over 10 weeks, including guaranteed playoffs. 25-minute halves.
Rosters: No roster limit. Players may be dual rostered.
Cost per session:
Team = $1,125

Four-a-side means every kid is in every play: more touches, more shots, more fun. Two short games every Friday afternoon, all winter, at the Phanzone in Hampstead.

Friday 4v4 Youth League Details
Dates: Fridays only
Session 1: Nov 6, 2026 – Jan 8, 2027.
Session 2: Jan 15 – Mar 19, 2027.
Times: 4:00–5:00 pm. Two 17-minute games every week.
Location: Phanzone Sportscenter (indoor), Hampstead, NH (142 State Route 111, Hampstead NH 03841)
Ages: 7-10
Divisions: U8 co-ed and U10 co-ed (roughly ages 7–10).
Games: 20+ games per session (2 games per Friday).
Rosters: Up to 6 players. Players may be dual rostered.
Cost per session:
Team = $900

No. Any parent or volunteer can coach a team.

Yes. Register the team and let us know how many players you're short. We place free agents onto teams that need them.

Yes. Choose Player Registration on the form and we'll place them on a team in their division.

Yes. Teams and players can join mid-session at a prorated cost. To play from Week 1, commit by Nov 12 for the Sunday League or Oct 30 for Friday 4v4.

Every player completes an online waiver before their first game. There is no extra cost. Shin guards are required.

Yes. Sunday Session 2 runs Jan 24 – Mar 21, 2027, and Friday 4v4 Session 2 runs Jan 15 – Mar 19, 2027. You can register for it on the same form.

No. Weeks 1–3 are placement games, so teams end up playing opponents at their level. Competitive and recreational teams are both welcome.

Yes. Players may be dual rostered in both our 7v7 and 4v4 leagues.

Yes. List your conflicts on the registration form and we schedule around them. Each Sunday division also plays in its own time window: U10 9 am–12 pm, U12 12–3 pm, U14 3–6 pm, HS 6–9 pm.

One person registers the team and pays the team fee. Most teams split it among their families.

Professional referees, every regular-season game, guaranteed playoffs for 7v7 league and team prizes for champions. The waiver and insurance cost nothing extra.
