About our Higher Level Camps

Aerial Techniques Camp - This advanced training camp focuses on developing confidence, timing, and technical precision when the ball leaves the ground. Players will work on attacking and defending aerial balls, proper heading mechanics, volleys, half-volleys, chest control, and first-touch finishes out of the air. We break down body positioning, balance, takeoff timing, and safe landing techniques to ensure athletes improve both performance and safety.

Preseason Higher Level Camp - This camp is designed to bridge the gap between off-season training and competitive play. Sessions focus on advanced technical work, speed of play, tactical awareness, and position-specific decision making. Players will train in high-tempo environments that simulate real match pressure, emphasizing first touch under pressure, quick combination play, finishing in tight spaces, defensive shape, and transition moments.

Athletes will train in a high-tempo environment focused on aerial control and finishing (heading mechanics, volleys/half-volleys, chest control, timing and positioning) alongside preseason performance work like first touch under pressure, quick combination play, finishing in tight spaces, defensive shape, and transition moments—all with an emphasis on confidence, precision, and safety.
